Once Opened, The Magic Is Sealed
Blind bags are like sealed fortune cookies. The surprise lives inside.
If the bag has been opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Once the seal is broken, the mystery has been revealed and the item is officially yours to love, trade, display, or dramatically unveil to your friends.
Inspection Is Required
If your blind bag arrives damaged or with an issue, don’t panic. Send it back to us unopened. Every eligible return must pass a visual inspection to confirm:

There are no signs of opening, tampering, or creative curiosity
Our team inspects each return carefully, like art critics examining a rare collectible.
Approval Timeline
Patience, young collector or Parent.
Visual inspection and approval can take up to 14 working days from the time we receive your return.
Once approved, your refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
A Gentle Reminder
Ye bags are designed to be random. Receiving a character, colour, or variation you didn’t hope for is part of the thrill. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds based on preference.
It’s the lottery of little joys.
